Oak Tree Mobile Home Park owns the land which it rents to tenants who own their own mobile homes. Homes are virtually maintenance free. Aluminum sided exterior eliminates outside painting. We currently have single-wide and double-wide homes in the park.

. We can also serve as your agent for a new or re-sale mobile home. We sell new mobile homes that you can have customized to your needs. We sell both single (16 foot) and double wide mobile homes. We will help with the set-up and customizing of your new mobile home.

A new home includes all major appliances, carpeting, flooring, finished walls, counter tops, back splashes and can be customized to include such extras as a whirlpool bath, sun room, washer/dryer, etc.
